hello Dr my daugther is 4 and she had otoplasty done a month ago but the result is not ok i want another opinion from a doctor to see if she can fix the problem but this problem is one ear only i do not trust the doctor that did the first operation anymore please let me know if you can ve of help one ear the fold is like telephone deformity and the other one seem to be ok in the surgery concha was removed so I don’t know if it can be fixed

If your ears protrude too far on front view, it may be because you were born with poorly formed anti-helical folds. Here to have a Stahl ear deformity. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I can see that there is slight asymmetry at the top of your ears on both sides, however, I am not aware of any surgical techniques to allow somebody's ear to be positioned further away from their head. And the up close photos of your ears do not have any Stigmata of surgery. Hope this helps!...
