Hello! I got a breast augmentation done a little over a year ago, my doctor and I went with 350cc saline under the muscle. Although I do love my results there are a couple things I don’t love about them. I feel like I keep comparing my breast with other girls on the internet with the same size and same body shape and a lot of theirs are what I wanted. There are days where I love my breasts and there are days where I’m not happy with them. I wish I had more volume at the top of my breast around my chest area, my breasts just seem so low and more volume at the bottom and barely any at the top. Anytime I wear a low cut shirt without a bra on I see no cleavage at all until I wear a push up bra. I see other girls that got the same size and their sit up higher or I should say just have more volume at the top. I know every body is different but it’s a bummer that I have to wear a push up bra every time I want some cleavage to show. I just wish mine had more volume at the top so that if I wear a bathing suit or a shirt you can tell I have cleavage. Another thing I’m concerned about is them being too wide apart, I know I have a wider chest but anytime I lay down I can see a huge seperation on my boobs and it just look really bad. Not sure if that’s just normal? I did speak to my surgeon about my concerns and he did say that’s just my anatomy and I could go bigger but I’m not sure if I really want that. Lmk if I’m being too picky or if it’s something I could get fixed thank you!

They have all misspoken. You can and should go back under the muscle, especially if your tissues are thin in the sternal and upper chest/breast region. Whether or not mesh is used is up to the discretion of the surgeon.
This is an excellent question. If you have not checked to see if your implants are ruptured or not, I would start by checking with a high resolution ultrasound to see if your implants are intact. This can be done in the office, and some plastic surgeons have hand held ultrasound devices in their...
Replacing the existing breast implant with a low-profile implant with a similar or 1 cm smaller base diameter, as well as tightening both the breast pouch and the skin using plasma can provide a near-optimal result without lifting in such cases.
