Hi! I had my very large implants removed in 2021 with a lollipop lift. In 2023 I did fat grafting and muscle repair. I’m not retaining well so considering small implants again. Can you go under the muscle again since it was repaired? On doc mentioned I could not but could do a galaflex on top of the muscle. Another told me galaflex has to be used under the muscle and that I could still do under the muscle after repair. The doc that did my fat grafting told me I could not go back under the muscle but he can use the mesh above the muscle. I’m getting conflicting opinions and have now met with 3 docs. I would prefer under as I’m a cyclist and runner and I worry about dropping.
