I am a 44 year old female 2000 when I was about 19yrs old, I had a breast reduction/lift which I so regret as I’m now older and wiser. I do understand large breasts can cause backache, but mine was more due to being insecure. Anyhow, in 2015 I decided to get breast implants because at that point, I wasn’t sure what happened to my breasts along with scar revision. The scar revision went great, however, the implants (400cc’s) were just 2 balls that migrated towards my armpits, and all I could see bending down was real fat tissue or maybe excess skin as I later found this out this past November 2024 when I went for a revision. I was told that I didn’t just need implants in 2015, I also needed another breast lift. I workout, but obviously wasn’t for at least 2 months after my surgery. Well needless to say….my right implant has migrated towards my armpit AGAIN. After the surgeon did my surgery this past Nov, he said that the Dr. who performed my breast Aug in 2015, made the pockets too large for the implants which was the cause of them rolling wayyy far behind my armpits, he said they were behind by back??? He did an implant exchange (405cc’s in each breast) and a lift. The day after the surgery, I loved my right breast, it was nice and full and the cleavage area looked great, however the left one which was swollen like a balloon required more in depth sutures, so that breast took a lot more trauma to the site. This will be the THIRD revision, is my breast tissue too thin? HELP!

There are two causes of double bubble and sometimes they are both involved. The first is when the original crease of the bottom edge of the breast (inframammary fold or IMF) has to be lowered in order to accommodate the diameter of the implant. That is corrected with internal sutures called a...
