Got an anchor lift + implants. So unhappy with size. How long should I wait to increase implant size?

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy. I would encourage some time and allowing yourself to fully heal before undergoing a revision. 6 months is the earliest I would consider doing a breast revision but waiting a full year is even better.
An in person exam with some before photos and your operative notes would help identify what was done and why the result may not have achieved your goals. Seek out a few consultations with board certified plastic surgeons to get different opinions. You don't want to rush into revision surgery without a clear plan of what you're looking for and ensure your surgeon does a lot of breast revisions to help achieve your goals.

I understand your concern. Generally speaking, you should wait until you are fully healed before you get another surgery. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. If you were a 32 DD before surgery then you cannot be a 32 B unless you took out a massive amount of breast tissue. You did not have just an anchor lift but an anchor reduction. Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs so I cannot give you an accurate answer.

You did not post photos, so I cannot be specific. You should wait at least 6 months from the last surgery before doing a revision. since you needed a lift, I do not recommend going back to DD because you will sag.
