Ultherapy in Chicago! Who's the best and is it worth it? Is there something better for face & neck tightening at 50?

BBL success, now time for the face! 50 years old, just had fillers to enhance the cheekbones and to slightly lift the sides of lips. I didn't go crazy, very minimal, nobody noticed or they didn't mention it. Just look "fresher" but feel great! Would like tightening of the face and neck although it's not terrible. Suggestions?

Surgery can generally give the most dramatic improvement to tighten the face and neck, but some people are not yet good candidates for the procedure or just do not want surgery.  For these people, Ultherapy is a good alternative to lift the face and neck.  You can check on the Ulthera website to find doctors in your area who perform the procedure.

Additional vector lines of treatment are customized for each individual patient in our practice. Ultherapy is not a spa procedure and should not be done by aestheticians or medical assistants. Hi and thanks for your question. In my opinion there are many fine providers of Ulthera technology in the Chicago area, however I would offer one word of caution. In my experience as a provider, Ulthera is much more akin to a surgical instrument than many people/providers realize. As such it is best used in the hands of someone who can interpret the ultrasound image, knows the anatomy, and can tailor the treatment to accomplish your specific goals. I personally perform all of the ulthera procedure at our practice, precisely because I tend to use it as a surgical instrument. Just as any surgical tool in well trained hands it can work wonders, in less well trained hands in can be dangerous. Hope this helps.
