Absolutely those procedures can be done at that same time. You'll just want to wear a post-op compression garment that goes around your waist only, rather than one you put on like pants/shorts. Most of these have a hole in them in the crotch for going to the bathroom without taking the garment off. These edges where the hole is can be very irritating because of the vaginoplasty. You'll just want a garment that straps around the waist/tummy area. Hope this helps.
