I got liposuction over a year ago on upper inner thighs, outer thighs and knees. While I'm happy with the results as far as the shape of the legs now, I have lose skin on inner thighs and also unevenness. I did use the garment and work out 5 times a week (cardio and weight training) and the inner thighs are not smoothing out. Any advice?

From your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for BodyTite.  BodyTite does not remove any fat, but it is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues. Results can be seen immediately after one treatment and are more evident over three to six months post-treatment. Wait until six months to fully evaluate the aesthetic results.  Sedentary activities can be resumed in two to three days and full activity with exercise within two to three weeks.

Thank you for your question regarding uneven thighs 1 year after a thigh liposuction procedure. Based on your history, pictures and no physical examination, I would suggest a medial or inner thigh lift. Since you have loose thigh skin, especially after thigh liposuction, I believe further thigh liposuction will lead to even more loose thigh skin. In your thigh pictures, you grip an area of the upper inner thigh that has loose upper thigh skin. I believe your best option would be a modified vertical medial thigh lift. During the modified vertical medial thigh lift,  inner thigh liposuction is performed and then, an incision is made from the groin partially down the inner thigh.  A large elliptical area of upper thigh skin and fat is then removed from the inner thigh.  That excess thigh skin and fat that you are holding in your pictures is removed forever.   The modified vertical medial thigh lift incision is hidden on the inseam of the thighs. When your legs are together, this modified vertical medial thigh lift scar is not visible. The modified vertical medial thigh lift procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to perform. Plan on a 2 to 3 weeks recovery. From your photographs, it does not seem like you are a surgical candidate for a thigh lift. It seems you already have a very nice aesthetic presentation. Working out probably won't change the contour much. You should see your plastic surgeon to see if a small revision is in order. I certainly don't see anything that would indicate that.

Looking at your pictures it doesnt look like you would be in need of a full thigh lift.  This is reserved for patients with much more skin laxity than you seem to have.  You may benefit from a small revision liposuction to the area, one which could potentially be done under local.
