Can my teeth be saved? I am terrified and embarrassed (Photo)

Thanks for posting a photo. You appear to have decay on multiple teeth. I can't determine for sure if you can save this or any of the teeth in the photo. If finances are the main issue for not seeking treatment, you might consider getting treatment at a dental school. Many times dental schools can provide treatment at a reduced fee. I would encourage you to seek treatment ASAP. Your decay is going to continue to progress.

The sooner you see a dentist, the more options you will have and the less it will cost.  Waiting longer will almost certainly guarantee losing many teeth, as well as the potential of pain, swelling, infection, or worse.  It is impossible to give you a diagnosis based on your pictures without X-rays and a clinical exam. Seek out a dentist who offers a payment program so that you can fit the care into your budget.  Most people even with limited income can afford dental care if they make it a priority.  Good luck!

Hi blackhawks85, I am just now seeing your question and assume that you have taken care of your problem. Nevertheless the cost of dental care is a problem that faces many people. In fact I frequently go through entire weeks not finding a single cavity on patients of record. Periodic professional cleanings, tooth brushes and floss are not very costly. Finding a dentist who can guide you toward decay prevention is the most cost effective way to care for your teeth.
