Answer: Is it possible to get a line under my butt with an implant? Hello. Great question. Thank you for your pictures. Based on your images, it appears you can benefit from gluteal implants. As for the fold, skin tightening may help. Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results.

Answer: Buttock implants a buttock implant will give you volume and projection but will most likely not create an intragluteal fold. Make sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known for it.

Answer: “Is it possible to get a line under my butt with an implant?”It is unlikely that a buttered implant alone will create the fine l It is unlikely that a buttock implant alone will create a defined line between your buttock and thigh (a.k.a. infragluteal fold). However by adding volume, shape, and projection, an implant will give the illusion that there is more of a junction in this area. To create a defined line, a “lower buttock tuck” would have to be performed but will also leave a relatively long scar in this area. Glad to be of help.

Answer: Line under my butt hibased on your pictures, you are a candidate for butt implants since you have already done a bbl and you do not have much fat to redo a bbl. as for the gluteal crease, some patients have a more pronounced line and other do not.....it is unlikely that you will develop a crease when doing a butt implant surgery. the butt implant surgery will give you more projection and better shape. I don't recommend cutting the area to give you a artificial crease. hope this helps.david kahng md

Answer: Implant not recommended I definitely would not recommend a buttocks implant. Unfortunately these implants had a very high rate of failure somewhere in the range of 30%. You do not seem to have a tremendous amount of fat and while you could add some in the central portion of the buttocks which would give you more projection I am not quite sure you would want the line under the buttocks. While some doctors have recommended a buttocks tuck this unfortunately gives you a noticeable scar in that crease if you were lying down or wearing the type of panties you are in the picture. If you wanted to get some indentation in that area I would recommend is just a small amount of liposuction along the crease and the addition of fat to the buttocks. I think this would give you more of the appearance that you're looking for without giving you incisions and using the fat to have available. Good luck in your decision Dr. Schuster in Boca Raton Florida
