I recommend you hold off for a day or 2 from exercise but after that it is perfectly fine. Sculptra is a great product for improving facial volume and collagen building, but for best results, I recommend using it in a combination depending on desired results. In my opinion, you could exercise or ride a bike any time after a Sculptra treatment. I would not expect any harm or negative effects to your treatment due to the exercise.

Sculptra could be used in an area previously treated with fat transfer, and vice versa. I would not recommend doing both at the same time though.
