I have developed what I believe are denni-Morgan lines over the years from allergies and eczema. My conditions are now under controlled but I'm still left with these severe bags/lines. Im 27 years old what are my best options to treat these? What specific specialists should I seek out? I have provided pictures with my eyes while smiling and at rest.

Thank you for your question, A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. Thank you for your question! You indeed do have denni-morgan lines. Your best option to treat this would be removal of the extra skin, muscle, and any herniated fat causing bulging via a lower eyelid Blepharoplasty. The incision lines are hidden right under the lash line for this procedure and results are very dramatic. There are a multitude of specialties which cross over for this type of procedure, but I may be slightly biased :) best of luck to you!
