Thank you for your question.  Without knowing more about the surgery, or seeing your pictures, it would be difficult to know exactly how to address your concerns.  If you feel the tip is too "pointy", there may be some additional maneuvers that can be done to help correct this.  I would see out a consultation with a board certified facial plastic or general plastic surgeon, who specializes in Rhinoplasty. Without pictures it is hard to say anything definitive. It sounds like you have a pinched tip. You may need a revision with grafts for rebuilding the ala and tip

Rhinoplasty results evolve over time.  At two years, I would expect this is the end result for you.  Get a copy of your operative report and any surgical diagrams to share with an experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon.  Of course changes can be made at this point but it's nice to see what has been done before making any recommendations.Michael Sullivan M.D.
