In general any thing less than 500-600 cc will not show much of a difference. If there is no more fat around your trunk consider gaining weight for the procedure and using some inner thigh and arm fat. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.

Every patient is a bit different in terms of what they might need to provide satisfactory augmentation of the buttocks.  Hard to say without an exam.

You did not have enough fat to achieve your goal.The only alternative now is a buttock implant done right. Choose your doctor carefully where it is worth your money!
