I had bbl & all fat transferred is located in 1 area on my lower back. I haven't seen anything similar. Can it be fixed? (Photo)

Are you sure you don't have a fluid collection in that area called a seroma?  You need to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon so they can examine you if necessary. Best wishes.

Please discuss this with your surgeon who may advise you regarding the care of the operated area. If the problem persist after the first few weeks, you may seek a second opinion.All The Best !

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your question. You are still very early in your post operative period. Bruising and swelling is quite common. If you have any concerns I recommend that you speak to your plastic surgeon. He/She will give you the best advice for PO care and expectations. Best of luck with your recovery. 

What you may be experiencing is swelling and it is way too early to see the final results. You will have to give it time to heal.
