I had bbl done 5/14.. I know it's still very new for me to start freaking out but every photo I see after bbl, u already see a difference. Mine is still very flat. Not only it's flat but all the fat he transferred is high up my lower back. I have this huge lump and its hard like a rock. It burns and hurts. I always had big breast and flat butt so this was suppose to be a dream come true for me. I have searched all over the Internet and cannot find a similar case like mines. Please help.

Are you sure you don't have a fluid collection in that area called a seroma?  You need to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon so they can examine you if necessary. Best wishes.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

If you have any concerns I recommend that you speak to your plastic surgeon. He/She will give you the best advice for PO care and expectations. Best of luck with your recovery.

What you may be experiencing is swelling and it is way too early to see the final results. You will have to give it time to heal.
