Can you use the fat from a Panniculectomy for a Brazilian Butt Lift? Or is that a lower body lift?

I've lost 70 lbs and this stomach apron seems to be getting lower .... and I have no butt so can I kill 2 birds with one stone?

Hi.. thank you for the question and photos... every Board Certified Plastic surgeon have their indications... i Indicate my patients start sitting on the buttock area after 15 days of a BBL.. cantact your PS to see his opinion

I had bbl & all fat transferred is located in 1 area on my lower back. I haven't seen anything similar. Can it be fixed? (Photo)

Would fat transplant (i.e. Brazilian butt lift) help with coccyx pain by adding more cushion back there? I'm 5'5" and 118 lbs.
