Would fat transplant (i.e. Brazilian butt lift) help with coccyx pain by adding more cushion back there? I'm 5'5" and 118 lbs.

Orthopaedic surgeon said I need to put on weight to add cushion in my butt. I've always had a little bit of discomfort around my tailbone but it got really bad once I lost some weight (and my butt). It wasn't even a lot of weight and I didn't do anything to lose it, it was mostly just some puberty weight. The problem with putting on weight for me is I would have to put on a lot for it to go to my butt. My tailbone curves outward slightly but sharply but isn't visible but can be felt immediately.
