I’ve noticed that I look my worst when I smile. I don’t have a very obvious gummy smile as my gums are small, but smiling is very unflattering on my face as my upper lip moves up with my nose. I had a rhinoplasty that didn’t help much and ever since then my lip and nose seem more tightly “sewn” together. Any advice on what procedure would flatter my profile more? As a side note, I’m looking into chin reduction as well since my face is too long.
