I had a rhinoplasty done almost one year ago with an alar base reduction, and so far im worried about the two scars on my nostrils. Is there a way to fix these or are these just permanent? The right side nostril scar looks less obvious compared to the one one the left.

Estesan it is very typical for your nostrils to look relatively similar after you first have surgery, especially if you were not looking for a serious change. Over time this swelling should reduce and you should see the change you were expecting

I agree that you are a good candidate for alarplasty alone. It’s a short procedure and can even be performed under local anesthesia in about 45 minutes. I would not recommmend lifting the tip. Your tip looks fine.
