These areas of hair loss do not resemble male pattern hair loss.  Your best bet is to get a scalp biopsy from any dermatologist to identify the cause of the hair loss.  There are several conditions that, if present, could give you a poor result from hair transplant because the same action that caused the hair loss could do the same to the newly transplanted grafts.

Your hair line appears irregular and a normal variation for either male or female. Determining factors in deciding whether or not you are a candidate for surgery, include, history, future hair loss,  age, male or female. Best to get an opinion from a full-time, well qualified hair transplant surgeon.

I don't think that these are bald spots but an irregular shape of your inherited genetic hairline. Yes, you can fix this with FUE if you are a male and over the age of 25 or a female over the age of 18 where the balding risk is not present
