High prolactin levels & breast implants?

My period stopped, and I was just told my prolactin levels are high. While reading into it it seems that implants can cause this? I'm 25, 270cc, 115 pounds. I had my surgery May 5th 2014. I'm not lactating or anything else I just was told today about my high prolactin levels and wanted some advice on if I have to remove them to conceive?? I'm going to speak with a endocrinologist this week, but I know with having implants there could be some advice to me from the plastic surgeon side.
