1 week post op, torpedo looking breast. Do you think a revision is in my future? (Photo)

I wouldn't start worrying about this yet. Your breasts had a tuberous deformity before surgery, and this causes your fold below your breasts to be higher and more constricted before surgery.  There is a good chance that as those implants stretch the tissues and relax that fold, that all will be well.  This may take 6 months to a year, but generally improves with time. 

Thanks for your question and photos.You are only one week post-op.As the swelling decreases and implant settles in the pocket, your overall result (and shape) will change.Please allow at least 3-6 months before judging your outcome.Be patient and follow your plastic surgeon's post-op instructions.Best regards.
