Also your implants will drop and your tissue is going to accommodate better. You'll be fine. If this don't change, get an appt with your surgeon..

I wouldn't start worrying about this yet. Your breasts had a tuberous deformity before surgery, and this causes your fold below your breasts to be higher and more constricted before surgery.  There is a good chance that as those implants stretch the tissues and relax that fold, that all will be well.  This may take 6 months to a year, but generally improves with time. 

Thank you for your question and photographs.  After placement of implants, the overall appearance of the breasts will change dramatically over the next several months, as the implants drop, and the overlying tissue stretches to accommodate the extra volume.  I know waiting is difficult, but judge your results at 4-6 months after surgery as most of your breast changes should have occurred by then.
