Foot swelling and pain 10 days after mole removal (shave biopsy). Is it normal?

Got the mole on my foot shaven off for biopsy. In 10 days my foot got swollen. Looks like I have a muffin top on it. The biopsy site hurts and is red all around. Please, advise.
