What can be done to fix uneven eyebrows? (Photo)

Some of your asymmetry appears to be due to asymmetry of the underlying bony structure which is not correctable. However you could make significant improvement with a unilateral brow lift.  There are several ways to do this procedure, and there are tradeoffs between the amount of correction and the amount of surgery.   An in person consultation with a surgeon experienced in the different approaches to brow lift could help you to fully consider your options.  I do not think Botox would give you a meaningful improvement.

I am afraid your assimetry has difficult to impossible correction, unless you undergo craniomaxilofacial surgery.

Your photograph tells the entire story.First of all you look young, which generally means your concern(s) will generally get worse with time.Second, you issue is not just your brow. Your hairline, forehead, eyes and cheeks show significant asymmetry(left larger than the right). The good news is your nose, mouth and jaw(mandible) look nice and symmetric.My feeling is fat grafting---done properly--- will help symmetrize the upper part of your face and, in my experience, slow the aging of you right side, presumably because of the growth factors in living fat cells, and thus enhance symmetry going forward.Hope this helps

  Everyone has some degree of asymmetry with relation to the eyebrows. Some patients have significant asymmetry. Minor asymmetries can be treated with Botox,  while significant asymmetries require a  browlift procedure with elevation of the eyebrow on one side. Assymetry is part of everyones face. Hi Serene73,Based from your photo, you seem to have asymmetry of the face with the right side a bit depressed from the forehead to the supraorbital ridge. The position of the eyeball is also slightly lower on the right side and even appears set back (cannot confirm with just one photo however).Direct or endoscopic browlift will however improve your brow symmentry along with your eye apperture.
