I've noticed that one of my eyebrows is lower than the other and that one of my eyes looks smaller than the other. It's noticable both when i'm smiling and have a straight face. What can be done to resolve this issue?
Answer: What can be done to fix uneven brow? Some of your asymmetry appears to be due to asymmetry of the underlying bony structure which is not correctable. However you could make significant improvement with a unilateral brow lift. There are several ways to do this procedure, and there are tradeoffs between the amount of correction and the amount of surgery. An in person consultation with a surgeon experienced in the different approaches to brow lift could help you to fully consider your options. I do not think Botox would give you a meaningful improvement.

Answer: Skeletal assymetry I am afraid your assimetry has difficult to impossible correction, unless you undergo craniomaxilofacial surgery.

Answer: Uneven eyebrows Your photograph tells the entire story.First of all you look young, which generally means your concern(s) will generally get worse with time.Second, you issue is not just your brow. Your hairline, forehead, eyes and cheeks show significant asymmetry(left larger than the right). The good news is your nose, mouth and jaw(mandible) look nice and symmetric. My feeling is fat grafting---done properly--- will help symmetrize the upper part of your face and, in my experience, slow the aging of you right side, presumably because of the growth factors in living fat cells, and thus enhance symmetry going forward.Hope this helps

Answer: Correction of Uneven Eyebrows Assymetry is part of everyones face. Minor differences are often unrecognized, but when eyebrow height is visible as yours, then correction is warranted.non-surgical correction can be done with Botox injections to the higher eyebrow to bring it down to the opposite one. Surgical care would involve one sided eyebrow or forehead lift.If you would like more information, please read my book " A More Beautiful You - Reverse Aging Through Skin Care, Plastic Surgery and Lifestyle Changes".
