My eyes are small. What would I need to do in order to make them bigger? Also, what part of my face makes my eyes small? (photo)

You have normal looking eyes and there is nothing wrong with them. Your pictures are not that clear to me but two thoughts come to mind. It is unclear if you have a mild droopiness in the upper eyelids. It also seems to me that you have a fold on the inner aspect of the eyes. These are two areas that can be corrected and they may slightly widen your eye opening. You have prominent upper lid folds which are pushing down on the eyelid crease but I don't consider this an unattractive feature especially for a guy.

Thank you for your question. I see a pleasantly proportioned face in regards to the three thirds (upper, middle and lower). Beautiful abundant wavy hair and soft olive complexion. I´m guessing Mediterranean ethnic background, (Spanish, Italian or even Middle-Eastern).  The eyes are deep-set and and almond-shaped, and have a nice expression. To try and make them round and wider would possibly deform the features. The most that I would consider is perhaps a brow elevation and maybe reduction of the lower lid fat pads by means of a transconjunctival approach. That would improve the overall appearance but would not "make them open up more".Regards,Dr. Ben Villaran
