Thank you for your question and photo. Dermal fillers are an effective option for restoring volume and smoothing the folds you’re referring to. These hyaluronic acid formulas can subtly increase fullness to create a supple, well-proportioned appearance.I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced expert injector. They will be able to discuss your concerns and goals with you to help you decide on the best treatment option.
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hello Fearless. Thanks for your questions. Folds in the contours of the skin, especially when smiling are caused by loss of volume as we age. They normally occur at the intersection of different muscle groups and as we lose fat and collagen with age, these indentations or folds become more pronounced. Although surgery can be an option, for someone your age with your anatomy, dermal fillers are a better option. A flexible filler like DeFyne or ReFyne (see link) or even a natural collagen biostimulator like Sculptra are excellent options. Best of luck.
The kind of issue seen here is fairly common in my experience. The use of a low viscosity, malleable, Cohesive HA filler injected fairly superficially can work well for elevating and smoothing the groove and softening the transition between the cheeks and the lower eyelid regions. Make sure to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
I completely understand what you’re referring to, however, you need to be evaluated not just with a smile on your face, but without it. Photographs like those or an in person, consultation with help in determining what the causes, and if a treatment plan can be created. Plain and simple, submit photographs of your face without a smile in addition to the photograph that you have already provided. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
Hi there,You are definitely a candidate for filler. Have a consultation with a Board Certified Injector to discuss volume loss and replacement.Best of luck!
It is possible to use dermal filler to fill out and "plump" nipples after a free nipple graft. Using your own fat as filler in the form of fat grafting to the nipple, or even a small piece of tissue from your skin (a rolled dermal graft) are also options to augment the flattened appearance of a...
Hi there, From the photos it appears that you need some filler. Perhaps Radiesse for chin and Jawline likely 2 to 3 syringes. You also need filler midface and upper cheek area to give you a vertical lift. Consider Kybella for submental fat and to define jawline. In regards to your eyes you...
