How concerned should I be with chest pain after liposuction and breast implants? Fit, size 2, young, ran daily prior to surgery

The only medication I took was heart burn medication and I continue to take it. 5 weeks after surgery I started having constant chest pain and pressure in my chest. Its like a dull ache. I can't prop myself up to read a book with my left hand or put pressure on my left hand. It's not my implant or my boob hurting, because I've had these feelings before for about 30 seconds every six months. Now the ache and pressure are constant and have been constant for a week.
