Caffine/Green Tea Hydroxycut Diet Pills before breast implant removal?

Question

I'm having my breast implants removed in 5 days and I've been off of all medications, etc. for about 10 days. Out of habit and routine I took a dose of Hydroxycut (caffeine based) this morning and now I'm reading articles about how diet pills are a major issue before surgery that can cause complications during the procedure and prevent healing. I am seriously concerned. I'm 33 and in awesome health/shape...Am I going to be OK? Or is this something I need to reschedule my surgery over?

I would think with you just taking one dose that you will be fine to undergo your procedure. Again, talk with your surgeon and anesthesiologist about this before your day of surgery.Good luck!

Thank you for your excellent question.  I would recommend you tell your surgeon and anesthesiologist of your Hydroxycut use, but it is unlikely that it will materially affect your results or cause you to reschedule surgery. Hope this helps.
