Butt too big for my body. Can I have some fat removed?

It can be very difficult to remove the fat because often it is placed in multiple layers. Liposuction is performed in the fatty layer between the skin and muscle.  It may cause skin to sag a bit if aggressive liposuction is performed.

your skin may retract. However, there is also a big chance that it won’t do
that. The solution is to remove excess skin and perform a lower body lift if
