I’m 41 and getting crows feet around eyes that I would like to Botox and or fillers as well as fillers around my mouth. I had Bells Palsy about 5 years ago, it lasted about a month I believe. I’ve had body surgeries (breast augmentation and BBL). But is it true that if I go near my face with a needle (Botox/fillers) then Bell’s palsy can come back for a while or be even worse and possibly stay paralyzed permanently?

Answer: Can I get Botox and filler if I’ve had Bell’s Palsy?
The blurred vision and discharge around your eyes are not known side effects of Botox. However, I would recommend following up with your eye doctor to continue searching for the cause of your symptoms.
It is extremely difficult to assess what the cause of the asymmetry is from this photo. I would recommend consulting with an advanced injector, because I do feel confident that an increase in symmetry can be made.
The effects of Botox are temporary and gradually wear off over 3 to 4 months. As your results are not typical I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation.
