I have an abnormally long philtrum (25mm) and a non-existent cupid's bow. I would like to fix these problems. However, I don't think I would be a good candidate for a bull horn lip lift because I scar rather easily. Is there a procedure (other than a bullhorn lip lift) that will shorten my philtrum to 12-14mm and accent my cupid's bow that will not result in a scar? My top lip seems to be bigger than my bottom lip, so I should probably fix that as well.
