5 days post revision chin implant. Dimpling on right profile either from incision or implant wing. What do you think? (photos)

Also dimpling on chin new too. Also, There is a prominence like a bump on right jaw just distal to that dimpling. Could it be the wing folded back? What is this dimpling and prominence from? He said the prior gortex chin implant was difficult to remove. I want to remove implant and just get submentoplasty (Lipo and muscle tightening). I’m afraid of things looking worse or having new problems. First chin implant was gortex w/o wings placed 20 yrs ago. This one silicone with wings.
