2 1/2 months post-op: I can lift my implant under my skin and I have shooting pains, what is wrong? (Photos)

So sorry you are having these issues.  From the photos it does not appear that anything is abnormal.  I don't know if your implants are above the muscle or beneath the muscle, but even when they are beneath the muscle, patients may still be able to feel the edge of the implant.  Although we may assume the left is exactly the same as the right, this is rarely the case preoperatively, intraoperatively or post operatively.  You may be experiencing some traction on the nerves and at 2.5 months there could be some "stretching" going on with the capsule.  You will definitely need to stay in touch with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.  I do however, think that your symptoms will improve over time.
