11 lines cannot be improved without botox. lasers, microneedling and filler can be used to help. I would suggest peels and skincare for pigmentation as I think that is why this is much more noticeable.

Botox would be the first choice for these dynamic wrinkles. If you don't want botox a pliable filler such as Volbella, Belotero, or Restylane ReFyne would help as well.

Thank you for your question. 11 lines are extremely hard to correct without botox. If you are looking for something simple you could try "frownies" which is tape that holds that area apart. You can wear them to sleep and as often as possible to minimize you making an angry/squinting face. You could also do laser resurfacing to minimize any static lines at rest but you will just continue to create those 11 lines without getting botox. Botox will prevent you from creating any new wrinkles. Hope this helps!

Hello, although botox would probably be your best option to rid yourself of those lines, if you'd like to hold off on injectables, vivace might be a good route for you. Vivace is microneedling with radio frequency and works to tighten and boost collagen in the skin. A series of treatments is needed for best results.

Dysport is a prescription injection for temporary improvement in the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults less than 65 years of age. This area can often be treated alone, however, depending on your wrinkle pattern, we may recommend treatment of other areas for an even improvement. You can imagine that if you have general wrinkles over the face and then smooth just one area, this may lead to an unnatural look. Botox is the least invasive means by which number 11s or the frown lines can be removed. Another way is to have a surgical procedure where the muscles which are the cause of number 11s, are removed permanently. The glabella 11's are caused by contraction of the underlying carrigator muscles and their effect on the overlying skin. The only 2 things that stop the muscle from doing this is either Botox to paralyze the muscle or surgery to remove the muscle permanently. The only other thing that helps is use of retinol or, preferably, tretinoin (Retin-A) to thicken the skin and Obagi's ELASTIderm to add elasticity. The further you are above 30 years of age the more you need both of these skin treatments.
