Botox is the best and most reliable choice to improve the dynamic lines of the glabella (the 11's). You can consider lasers, microneedling, and Morpheus8 to improve tone and texture of the skin in this area. It may give you some improvement, but will not work the same as Botox.

11 lines cannot be improved without botox. lasers, microneedling and filler can be used to help. I would suggest peels and skincare for pigmentation as I think that is why this is much more noticeable.
