Responsive, Kind and Professional
Dr. Hazen put me at ease before, during and after my revision surgery. She is extremely responsive to questions and concerns, at times emailing back in the evening a half hour from when a message was sent to her. She was able to work with me to do appointments both in person and virtually which really helped with my schedule and COVID comfort. Dr. Hazen’s aura during my first visit with her was warm and welcoming. My wife accompanied me and Dr. Hazen included her in discussion and also asked our pro nouns which really made us feel welcomed as a Queer couple.
