1 week after injection, are these horizontal bumps (see cheekbone, either side) from the filler or swelling from the injection?

Product was Teosyal Redensity II. Injections included eye trough, and slightly below the eye trough area. Will I need hyaluronidase to fix the issue? Should I be massaging the area?
