Why are my eyes still puffy after 2 rounds of Hyaluronidase? (Photo)

Overfilled with 1 syringe of Redensity 2 has left me with horrible puffy eyes. Prior to treatment, I have never in my life had puffy under eye bags. Procedure October 23 1st round of dissolver Nov 9 2nd round of dissolver Nov 16. Why after the dissolver does it look somewhat decent and then the puffiness returns days later. Am I allergic? Is it Edema? Water retention? Will I ever go back to normal?? Please view pictures before during and after they are all dated and captioned.

It takes a few treatments of hyaluronidase, but it's hard to predict how many treatments will be needed. It's difficult to answer without pictures, but based on your description, it sounds like additional hyaluronidase is needed to dissolve remaining filler. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

You can expect the eyes to be a bit swollen for up to two weeks, if prolonged inflammation persists after two weeks I would go back to your injector to have an evaluation. For the time being sleep with your head elevated and ice the affected area
