Is It Ok to Chew Regularly 4 Days Post Rhinoplasty Procedure?

Chewing will not affect your result, but sticking to softer foods during the first week post-op will likely help. Smoothies are a great option. Avoid harder to chew foods such as steak until you can tolerate them. I would recommend following up with your surgeon, as he or she may have specific guidelines they would like you to follow. I would stay on a soft diet for a week or so if you are feeling these sensations when  you chew.

Should not be a problem at all. It is normal to feel some tightening early on most likely due to swelling that will resolve in time. Chew away. 

Eating and chewing may pull on the skin around your nose but will not effect the shape or out come of your procedure.
