I was punched on the nose and it bled. I got an Xray with no signs of fractures. It has been around 7 months now and the calluses is still there, which make my nose look curved like a dorsal fin. The calluses is hard to the touch, and just a little tender. I've done research and found people saying this could be a calcium deposit, and the lump will go away on its own in months/years. Is this true? Or is surgery the only option to fix this? Will massaging the calluses make it heal faster?

Usually fascia grafts will absorb quite a bit of fluid in the early phases of healing - making it feel quite full and sometimes even dense. This should soften up with time. You are quite early in the healing process so it is much too soon to make any real judgements.
