I'm a 63 y/o female with post weight loss skin laxity. Dieted; no wt loss surgery. Many skin lift surgeries over 20 years. Wt 136 BMI 21.9. Loose skin & fat roll (love handles). Saggy skin/fat outer thighs. Can this be safely addressed with in office lipo & Renuvion? Not looking forward to more GA. Thanks!
Answer: Safety first In-office liposuction combined with Renuvion can be a safe and effective option for addressing localized fat and skin laxity when performed by a qualified, board-certified plastic surgeon. However, it is essential to note that treatments involving larger areas of the body should only be performed in an operating room under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for added safety. A thorough consultation with your surgeon will help determine if in-office treatment is suitable for your needs and ensure your goals can be safely achieved.

Answer: Office lipo Thank you for your inquiry! An in-office visit or photos would help determine what option is better for you. There are factors to consider, the laxity of the skin and the amount of fat you would want removed. We would love to sit down with you to discuss your concerns. Schedule a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss these options.

Answer: In-office surgery Hello, my name is Dr Igor Burko and I am a Plastic Surgeon at SY Aesthetics in NYC. Safety is of utmost importance prior to any procedure. It is difficult to answer this question without knowing your medical history and performing a physical examination. My recommendation is to consult with a trained plastic surgeon to discuss what procedure you are a candidate for.

Answer: In Office Liposuction There’s certainly nothing wrong with having small areas of liposuction in the office with a high concentration of lidocaine and just one area or two. But if the area has had previous liposuction or other work, there may be scar tissue where the surgeon has to be a bit more aggressive and it may be better to be under anesthesia. Also, if the areas that bother you have loose skin remember that liposuction can make it worse and will definitely want to combine it with skin tightening the machines like the Renuvion and maybe topical radio frequency like the Morpheus.
