Those results are obtainable with a procedure including Liposuction of the abdomen and back/hips to really narrow your waist and create an hour glass shape while transferring that fat to your hips filling in your hip dips. I would recommend scheduling a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon like myself to create a surgical plan that aligns with your desired results.

It is best to see a plastic surgeon during an in person consultation to assess which areas of your body are best addressed with liposuction. The fat can then be transferred to your buttocks/hips. Depending on your skin laxity, a tummy tuck is another potential option to help flatten and shape your abdomen.

Most of the time you will get mediocre results under GA since the doc can't stand you up during the procedure to fine tune the results like he/she could during local. These results can be obtainable but you need to go to the right doc.

Liposuction can be performed and 10 lbs. of fat can safely be removed during one session. It is possible to achieve the results you desire. It may or may not be necessary to fill in your hip dips.

Your photos show very realistic results. Based on studies, people who envision realistic results and understand the process of surgery and healing tend to be the happiest patients. What's interesting for me to note is how you morphed your photo: I can see from the back round items that are curved downwards and stretched that you 'pushed' your skin not only inward but downward, which is exactly the direction your skin will travel when hip and waist areas are liposuctioned. Yes they are. This would basically be Flank and waist lipo plus fat grafting (BBL) to hip dips. I would recommend 360 Lipo, liposuction oof the full back, and stomach together with the flanks and waist. You would get a result very similar to this if not better.

Actually, the "dips" are normal and the excess fat above in your flanks and below in your lateral thighs can be removed with liposuction. I suggest avoiding filling in those dips to make your hips wider, and doing liposuction to be slimmer.
