Hi there.When I smile one eye tightens up and gets very small making a noticeable difference when I smile. Another doctor said it was due to overly tight muscles on one side of my face but wasn’t sure what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions Re: how to make my eyes more symmetrical. I’m 35F but this is congenital. I’ll try to supply pictures
