Uneven eyes, epicanthal folds and brow. Can I get a more symmetrical and upturned look? (Photo)

I would like my eyes to have a more upturned less droopy look so I have considered mid face fox eye lift. However I don’t think it will fix the a symetry. I ammixed raced black and white and have epicanthal folds however they are uneven. One eye has a significantly bigger fold and is also lower down along with the eyebrow and cheek bone. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. I would like a more symetrical & upturned look.

Hello! Thank you for your question!As far I can see your photo. They wount be heal by themself but they might be better with time. Also your surgeon may recommend you scar treatment.It would be better to talk to your surgeon.

There are a few different options to address the hollowness of the under eyes after surgery. Additional fat from the lower lids can be rotated or transposed; fat grafting; or fillers. Depends on what your original surgery entailed. Best to see an eyelid expert.
