There are many factors at play here. You don't just have hair loss in the temples. It is frontal as well. Your age, genetics, hormones, prior attempts at hair restoration, and so much more. You need to get a scalp biopsy done to further investigate the cause of your hair loss, and see a hair restoration specialist in your area. PRP is a good option but I use PRFM (platelet-rich fibrin matrix) at my practice instead. We would take your blood and spin it down into PRFM which has more rejuvenative ability than PRP by itself.
