I'd like a second opinion as I am not able to reach the nurse who performed my procedure. I had PRP 3 weeks ago, since10 days after I'm loosing hundreds of hair in the injections area (not donor area) every day (thick hairs) it's increasing every day, I lost about half the density on the top. They did thousands of injections, 31g needle at 10mm depth. Did they damage definitively my hair bulbs? I had a HT 5000 grafts 9 months ago and I am loosing native and transplanted terminal thick hairs as well.

Answer: Hair Loss -- PRP, Progesterone, Stem Cells, Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUE), Spironolactone or Finesteride, Rogaine
Hello and thank you for your question. Has your Anemia issue been resolved? I think its best to have your physician do a full bloodwork to see if there are any issues before you consider PRP. If that comes back with good results then I would give PRP a try. Best wishes to you.

PRP for hair loss is an excellent method to restore density and thickness. For early hair loss, young patients, isolated areas of hair loss PRP is often the preferred treatment method for hair restoration.
