Which is the best PRP kit in terms of efficacy and achieving lush hair density and flamboyant texture?

I've tried 3 sessions of normal PRP previous year and have undergone 3 GFC sessions (follirich kit) this year with mesoestetic (mesotherapy) followed by dermapen, but negligible results. I know of emcyte pure PRP kit which is available in abroad not India. Can someone recommend me the best PRP kit in India and a relevant practitioner so that it is ensured that good quality of PRP kit with other necessary concoction is used and it is administered perfectly so that desired results can be achieved?

eclipse is probably the best but It should be combined with acell. you should also be doing at home growth factors and rollers, vitamins (see link to emeragecosmetics.com).  I suggest a formal consultation as there are a combination of treatments that can be done to improve har loss.  Oral finesteride has very little to no side effects in the majority of people; PRP/platelet-rich plasma + stem cells like A Cell help regrow hair and slow down the thinning process; rogaine and restorsea spray should be used daily; oral viviscal helps keep nutrients high in the follices as well.  Transplantation is a last resort but works early in the aging process as well.  A formal consultation and combination treatment is needed.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Platelet-rich plasma therapy is most effective when the platelets injected are 2.5 to 5 times baseline along with suggested combination treatment to treat the underlying cause of hair fall/loss. PRP is rendered useless unless it is performed under sterile conditions and specifications to keep the platelets active. At Tamira, we use the REMI PRP kit as it comes along with a special refrigerated centrifuge. This ensures that the platelets are active and survive longer.

I am sorry that your PRP treatments did not work, most PRP treatments should be combined with microneedling and oral finasteride. Typically you will need 5 treatments of PRP before seeing results and at a month interval. Sometimes after the fist 2 treatments you may have some additional loss before seeing improvements. Emcyte makes good kits and things you need to avoid to assure you have good growth factors in your PPR is NSAIDs, ASA, Plavix they can have negative impact on other factors in your PRP. Also to help your own growth factors intermittent fasting can help boost your own bodies growth factors that may help. Don't forget to take your oral supplements to help strengthen your hair follicles as well. Remember any treatment you get should not be singular in nature, treatments should be all encompassing looking at all factors and all aspects of treatment.

The failure of your PRP may reflect a failure of this technology. At the ISHRS meeting last year, the key note speaker reviewed the literature on PRP and found that it really didn't work. Any value came from the microneedling, not the PRP
