I have a dent on my left forehead which is very much visible, is there any way to fix it?

I had a fall 15 years back and the dent is very visible on the left side of my forehead, now i am 47 yrs old, i tried to massage the dent,but nothing happened, is there any treatment with massage or ointment you could prescribe

It's very difficult to see from the photo you sent.  Because of trauma, the dent may be a result of a hematoma of the soft tissue which healed by contraction. Also it would be important to know if there is any underlying bone deformity..  Is there scarring or adherence of the tissue...Fat injections might work if the tissue is pliable and movable but not if the tissue is scarred deeply to bone.  Other consideration would  surgical with tissue expander and reconstruction staged out over several weeks to months. I know of no ointment that would be of help

Hello Freeda,
Massage and ointments would be of no use. Simplest way to solve this problem would be to inject hyaluronic acid fillers by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon . Filler lasts for 18-24 months and it can be repeated after that. Injection of hyaluronic acid gel into the dent , fills it up and makes the forehead look smooth.
