After my FUE hair transplantation last week, I have pain in my right leg foot, could there be a connection?

Is any nerve damage during fue hair. transplantation. I am suffering from foot pain on my left leg. My right side head top having numbness still.. feel no sense.. is foot pain and numbness due to nerve damage in fue transplantation.
