What is causing the indents and discoloration between my brows? I had Botox 6 days ago on forehead and between brows. (Photo)

It looks like you need filler to fill out the "11" lines, for some people botox isnt enough.  For the color you need to start treatments for the treatment of melasma, including skin care, sun protection, and clear + brilliant / microneedling / venus viva treatments.  Best, Dr. Emer. 

Without being able to examine you, it is difficult to tell exactly what might be going on, but I can suggest a few possibilities.  In my opinion, the discolouration might be bruising from the injections.  The bruises can be purple, green and then yellow in color as time goes on.  Fortunately, the bruising likely will go away in about a week or two.The indents might be inadequately treated muscles, so you are getting a bit of muscle "pulling through" causing the appearance of indents.  The other possibility is that your body is getting "used to" the Botox and you might need a higher dose in the future.As well, the full effect of Botox may take up to 14 days to appear.  It is possible that you have not achieved full effect from your latest treatment.I would suggest waiting the 2 weeks and re-assess.  See you doctor shortly after this.  You may benefit from a small touch up to get your usual result.  Also be sure that your doctor is using actual Botox from Allergan.  I hope this has been helpful.
