I’m considering a rhinoplasty & then genioplasty for horizontal recession & have been told to add length by one surgeon & not to by another. Rn my mid facial third is the biggest & my top and lower third are equal. My mouth is too low on my face so my chin appears extra small. I’m not sure if adding length would be good or make my bottom half too long. Also, I’m only 120lbs& 5’5 but my face is very wide in a spot ppl’s normally isn’t since birth. Can it be fixed or something changed to balance it?
